Our Home Buyer Programs
As a group of highly-skilled investors, we offer a number of creative ways for you to purchase a home. Today, there are a variety of financing options available to meet the needs of virtually anyone interested in puchasing a house. When looking at your options, it is important to understand the different types of financing available and select the one that best fits your current situation.


Lease-Option or Lease-to-Own Programs
If you have a small down payment and a steady job with a decent income, a lease option program may be right for you.With our lease-option program, you will pay a small "Option Fee" (typically 3-5%) and lease the home for a specified period. During this time, you have the option to purchase the home. This program gives you time to repair bad credit or to save additional money so you can qualify for a low rate home loan. This simple program is easy to qualify for and moves you in today!


Financing Programs
When financing your home, there are a number of programs you may qualify for. You may select a conventional loan offered by traditional private lenders or participate in a FHA or VA loan program insured by the US government. We can help you select a program that is right for you based upon your credit, how much you want to put down and how long you intend to stay in the home.

Equity Sharing Programs
This involves finding a match between willing buyers and willing investors and then agreeing to a formula for sharing future potential appreciation through mutual ownership. There is usually no money down and you could be in your new home tomorrow! Tax advantages and future profits are among the benefits to you, the buyer, without the worry of qualifying for a large loan. You can typically get more house for your money with this option!
